Other artists have been announced for the first-ever Camp Bestival Shropshire this summer, including Self Esteem, Mr Scruff and Sister Nancy & Legal Shot. The UK’s biggest family music festival will be held in the West Midlands for the first time this summer.
It will take place at Weston Park, between Shropshire and the Black Country, between August 18 and 21. The headliners will be Fatboy Slim, Rag’N’Bone Man and Worcestershire star Becky Hill.
While this week organizers announced more acts to play at the festival, including Brit Award-nominated Self Esteem, Mr Scruff and Sister Nancy & Legal Shot. Other acts include DJ Nancy Noise, Bollywood Brass Band, Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, The 2 Bears and Gracey.

The fun doesn’t stop there as ‘First Lady of Dance Music’ Lisa Loud will deliver an unforgettable set. While The Hot Tub Time Machine will provide throwback tunes from the 80s and 90s for adults.
Camp Bestival curators Josie and Rob da Bank said: ‘Self-esteem blew me away at last year’s Camp Bestival in Dorset and their albums just keep getting better… add Mancunian royalty , Mr Scruff, reggae legend Sister Nancy and everyone’s favourite, rave DJs 2 Bears alongside Balearic beauties Lisa Loud and Nancy Noise, and the first ever Camp Bestival Shropshire really spoils us all… go August.
Asperger’s youngest band in the world, The Stencil Pencils, will also debut at Camp Bestival. Consisting of 11-year-old Kale Harris-Herbert, aka “woo”, brother Johnson, 13, aka “bouba”, and sister Indiana, 7, aka “bindi-bow” – the trio have already been recognized by the Queen for their inspiring songs and promising futures.
Elsewhere on the lineup, festival-goers can expect previously announced headliners Fatboy Slim, Rag’N’Bone Man and Becky Hill. Plus, Horrible Histories: Terrible Tudors, Cosmic Kids Yoga, Brainiac Live: Remixed!, the incredible tricksters Extreme Bike Battle and Kung Fu For Kids, plus many other acts, will keep families entertained for four action-packed days.
And Camp Bestival wouldn’t be the same without a range of food and drink that includes The Feast Collective hosted by Fred Sirieix, DJ BBQ’s Wild Fire Stage, Khana Wala Food Bazaar and more. There will also be spacious general camping, camping plus, backstage camping, boutique offers, motorhomes, caravans and more.
