Summer is definitely coming, and that only means one thing: festivals! Along with brighter nights and warmer days, summer festivals promise great music, vibes, and memories with your friends.
After two years of uncertainty and cancellations due to Covid restrictions, it looks like many of your favorite festivals are returning this year.
Manchester is home to one of the UK’s most popular music scenes and hosts a slew of festivals each year.

Flashback Festival is a new festival that aims to bring timeless tunes to the masses of the city.
If you’re looking for a festival to bounce back to your favorite dance classics, this is the place.
It’s the perfect festival for 90s kids, 2000s lovers, dancefloor heroes and underground clubbers.
The biggest names in dance music from around the world will gather at Platt Fields Park; blast Old Skool anthems at what is expected to be the hottest festival this summer.
Headliner Example will take to the main stage with their hits “Kickstarts” and “Won’t Go Quietly.” Alongside him, Tinchy Stryder will perform his classic 2000s hits “Number 1” and “Take Me Back.”
The festival also promises to provide a range of catering for food and drink vendors across the city.

After record demand for tickets last year, organizers teased that this summer festival was going to be “huge”.
Parklife has unveiled its 2022 line-up, and it has lived up to the hype. The biggest news being that: “Tyler, The Creator makes his long-awaited UK debut, alongside the iconic 50 Cent who heads to Heaton Park for an exclusive UK festival.”.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the festival and promises to be a big party, in addition to their usual fantastic event.
Some of this year’s headliners include Turnstile, Everytime I Die and Knocked Loose.
The Outbreak Festival is known for hosting a variety of amazing exhibits and featuring fantastic musical guests, as well as focusing on culture, art and skating.

Sounds of the City returns this year with an incredible lineup, promising the perfect summertime celebration for you and your friends.
The festival will take over Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl for a series of signature concerts, featuring Lewis Capaldi, Foals, Crowded House, James, Pixies, Sam Fender and Hacienda Classical.
The festival has established itself as a staple of the Manchester music scene with some of the most acclaimed live performers on stage.

Creamfields is one of the most popular festivals in the country. The festival has been going on for years and has become a household name in the festival scene.
People travel everywhere to see their amazing dance music line-ups, and this year will be no different.
