Glastonbury Festival: Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter marries the man she fell in love with at the festival

Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter has married the man she fell madly in love with after meeting at the Glastonbury Festival. Emily has now shared a stunning photo from her big day marrying Dublin-born publicist Alex, 29.

In the photo, Emily is wearing a stunning vintage style high neck white dress with intricate beading and sheer panels. She completed her classic look with a floor-length lace veil and an elegant ponytail. There’s also a shot of the young lovebirds running across a field towards a classic car with their arms in the air.

The images were taken by a photographer whose work has been published in society magazines such as Tatler and whose close friends are kissing. The daughter of Grand Tour star Jeremy and his ex-wife Frances Cain have not said whether the snaps were taken near her father’s Diddly Squat farm in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire Live reports.

But according to The Mirror, former Top Gear legend Jeremy gave his blessing and said he was a “very, very happy father”. Emily greeted Alex, 29, at the Glastonbury Festival and announced their engagement in March 2020. She said at the time that Alex had made her the “happiest girl in the world”.

The snaps of them walking through the arch decorated with pink peonies come just weeks after blogger Emily shared footage from her hen weekend in Somerset on social media. Emily, who goes my Em Clarkson online, celebrated with friends at Thornemead Castle in Weston-super-Mare the last weekend in April.

The group partied at the 240-year-old Somerset Castle, set in ten acres of Somerset countryside. To keep the celebrations going with a swing, her friends hired the pink BJazzled Party Bus which she boarded wearing a short white dress, black boots and wearing pink sparkler.

Emily’s parents divorced in 2014 but share three children; Emily, Katya and Finlo. Jeremy Clarkson and his new partner Lisa Hogan now run the Diddly Squat Farm Shop in the Cotswolds.

Last year, Emily broke her jaw and had her mouth shut after discs were slipped through her jaw. She shared footage on her social media account and told fans: “The swelling isn’t too bad – looks like I got a right hook in my eye and a lip job** * and bleeding gums are kinda grim but we’re moving.”

Along with working as a marketing consultant, Emily has also dabbled in lifestyle blogging. She launched her lifestyle blog Pretty Normal Me in 2015, which featured articles by Lena Dunham. and also published a book Can I Speak To Someone In Charge? in 2017.
