Jamie Amor from Cosmic Kids Yoga will teach meditation at Camp Bestival in Dorset

Camp Bestival Dorset co-curators Josie and Rob da Bank are pioneers of the wellness movement, incorporating the lifestyle into their festivals for many years. From ice baths to meditation and more, the comprehensive family festival, taking place at Lulworth Castle from July 28-31, has everything in place to ensure a weekend of well-being and recovery.

This year marks the 14th anniversary of Camp Bestival. In the festival’s wellness programme, Mr Bank said: “Josie and I have always had a wellness area at all of our shows since we launched Bestival in 2004 and loved the ability to sit in a quiet place and contemplate the world, get treatment or try our hands at something new, from knitting to meditation.

“This summer we feel even luckier to be able to organize a festival with everything happening in the world and therefore, for the first time, thematize our wellness spaces with the theme of freedom.” Here’s everything you need to know about Camp Bestival Dorset’s wellness activities, performers and tickets.
